In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. A friend of mine got Profilho done by her eyelash extension technician, and her face was black and blue with bruises for a week afterwards. So I was very wary of the treatment – but it turned out I didn’t need to be. I had two sessions of Profhilo and neither left so much as a red mark, let alone a bruise. What I’ve learned is that it all comes down to the skill of the person administering the injections; it takes a really specialist technique to prevent bruising, and the staff at Dr Rakus’ clinic are serious experts. I am thrilled with the results.
