Alex the hygienist is very thorough and great at educating how to continue good oral hygiene. She is also friendly which really helps when you are nervous!

Visited the clinic on 6th January 2023. Excellent dentists are worth every penny. As usual, Emma was brilliant. Can't fault her. I get quite anxious but she always puts me at ease. Also, the dental nurses are fantastic. Great teamwork. Once again thank you, Emma.

I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

From the moment you arrive Cambridge dental, they make you feel welcome and treat you with absolute professionalism but at the same time with such a caring attitude they make you feel calm and relaxed, everything is explained to you, filling you with confidence that you are getting the best treatment available. My first trip to the dentist in 18 years and I was really nervous. I Booked in with Dr Shervin, for an emergency appt, which was easy to get. Dr Shervin put me at ease, explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. He extracted a tooth efficiently and effectively. I was so relieved and felt totally relaxed. My follow up appt was a proper check up, where he cleaned my teeth himself and advised no further issues. Would highly recommend.
