I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

The best possible outcome⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I flew to Turkey with some fears and worries which were immediately put at ease as soon as we arrived at the airport. Transfers were spot on, hotel clean and good location and the hospital experience was faultless. From the moment I stepped into the hospital the care from every single member was amazing. After the surgery the nurses were always prompt with medication, painkillers, changing the wound dressing etc. After 3 days spent in the hospital post-op, I felt good enough to go sightseeing in Istanbul.😍 And Dr Cem and his team are just such amazing people and genuinely care about their patient's wellbeing. Flew out to Istanbul on 28.07.2022 for surgery on 29.07.2022. I cannot fault the service provided from being collected from the airport, to the hotel we stayed in and to the care I received whilst in hospital before and after surgery. The team looking after me were outstanding including Rosa, Taylor, Shayla and my surgeon Dr Muhammed. They kept my companion informed and updated all through surgery and answered any questions and concerns to put our minds at rest. Our stay went with no issues and I was amazed at how well organised the whole process was. The check up I received before surgery was VERY thorough - one that I would never have received back in the UK. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those involved. My new lease of life has begun and I am so pleased I decided to go with Novemed. Thank you.

I had a gastric sleeve operation I felt normal after the operation but if you want to eat something you can't eat so much You are eating just what you need. It feels really good that I have lost 28 lbs so far. I am really happy and thank you for that.

Hey this is Angie from US, before I came to Turkey, I was nervous about getting this treatment. Whether you get in US or Turkey, the procedure is still risky. But the price difference between two country is considerable. Therefore, I would suggest people to do your homework very well. Do your reasearch and read as much as information to understand the whole process. Firstly, I understand that Turkey has a solid infrastructure in health industry and generally their services are good. But you never know what inside of the orange without peel of. I've choose Clinic Center and found them in google and check out their comments. I was satisfied what I've read and made my decision and got my surgery. Every step was under the control of the clinic. Staff in hospital and the doctor was so helpful. I';m now 5 weeks out and already lost 40lbs. I'm very happy about my decision, I know it will change my life forever. Thanks the clinic center and the staff for everything. Have a good one!

I chose this clinic aa the reviews were amazing 5 star, and the price meant I could get both procedures for the f price of one in the UK. The treatment at the hospital by the surgeon( Dr Ermen) and the nurses was amazing and I could not fault ( I had a BA and facelift). The hospital facilities are also amazing and spotless. But it wasn't all smooth sailing . As I travelled on my own, it may have made me more nervous but initially, there were issues, and I did think I'd made a mistake when I first got there. When I arrived there was miscommunication between the sales team and my patient coordinator who wasn't available. The consultation hadn't been planned properly as my surgeon was going into surgery for another patient. Then on the day of surgery the transport was an hour and a half late to pick me up. But having said that, the hospital was great, and I'm healing well and happy with my results so far.

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guide and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.

I had my surgery on January 16th 2023 and I can honestly say the care I received was 10/10. From the minute I arrived in Turkey to the minute I left I was looked after extremely well. Irem my interpreter was amazing she really did go above and beyond. Everything was explained to me regarding my operation and for after my operation. I highly recommend bridge health travel.

Everything went perfect and smoothly from beginning to the end. Amazing contact with my surgery coordinator Aslì who was very helpful all the way through. She answered all my questions at any time of day or night and provided great support. I was able to take a companion with me what was included in the price and it's also included pick up and drop of to the airport. 1 word amazing. Became friends with the beautiful Sezin over a period of 2 years due to covid I waited so long for my surgery. From start to finish Dr Metin Kernadiz and Sezin and his team were behind me 1 hundred percent checking in see how I was, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Explained everything from start to finish. Had every test done when I arrived. Came home with all my medication reports, leaflets, do's and dont's, telephone numbers. Only 1 regret I didn't do it years ago. 9 weeks post op 39lbs down. Can't thank you all enough 1 happy lady and a friend for life.

My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital.
